Sesame Glazed Salmon Bowl
I can’t get over how EASY this recipe is to make. Truly you just mix together the marinade, bake off the salmon in the oven, mix up a creamy & slightly spicy aioli, and then serve everything over rice with any greens you like.

How to Make Sesame Glazed Salmon Bowl:
Step One:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step Two:
Mix up the marinade: soy sauce, sesame oil, lime zest, honey, garlic and dijon. Pat dry the salmon filets (skin on or off) and let marinade for at least 15-20 minutes.

Step Three:
Once marinaded, place the salmon filets on a baking sheet with some parchment paper and sprinkle over some sesame seeds on top. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.


Step Four:
Meanwhile, mix up the mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil. This will be our aioli!

Step Five:
Once the salmon is slightly golden and cooked to your liking, serve over rice with steamed broccoli and garnish with the spicy aioli, green onions and more sesame seeds.
